  • Job Role: Accounts Receivable Administrator

    Location: New Milton

    Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

    Salary: £25,000 per annum

    Main Responsibilities

    • Using your strong processing skills to assist the department in reaching their KPI’s
    • Using your strong communication skills when liaising with both internal and external customers, ensuring that any actions are completed efficiently
    • Working collaboratively in a high volume and fast paced environment

    This role reports to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader

    About You

    • You have a strong customer focus, and have a high attention to detail.
    • As you a natural problem solver, you enjoy solving queries, and have the ability to effectively multi-task.
    • With your positive, 'can-do' attitude you can work as a team but also can use your initiative to work independently.
    • You have great numeracy and MS Office skills.
    Main Responsibilities
    • Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Service Charge and Site Income receipts
    • Dealing with incomplete or returned cheques
    • Processing new Direct Debit instructions and the collection of new charges
    • Processing monthly Direct Debit collections
    • Reconciling Direct Debit rejections, amendments and cancellations
    • Dealing with telephone and email queries relating to any of the above
    • Set an example for others by championing the Company FIRST values, Customer Charter principles and the Code of Business Conduct.
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the department
