Job Role: Client Integration & Billing Administrator
Location: New Milton
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,250 per annum plus benefits

Main Purpose of Job
- Onboarding and integrating new properties into our Property Management system ensuring all financial information is complete and accurate
- Ensuring accurate and timely administration of service charge demands in accordance with internal, regulatory, and legislative requirements
- Using your strong communication skills when liaising with both internal and external customers, ensuring that any actions are completed efficiently
- Working collaboratively in a high volume and fast paced environment

About You
- You have a strong customer focus with a high attention to detail
- As you a natural problem solver, you enjoy solving queries and can effectively multi-task.
- With your positive, 'can-do' attitude you can work as a team but also can use your initiative to work independently
- You have great numeracy and MS Office skills
Main Responsibilities
- New property and fund set up
- Validation and loading of initial property cost estimates
- Set-up and uploading of tenant matrices
- Processing first completion funds and information
- Ensure all customers receive a welcome letter
- Ensure financial handover is complete and accurate
- Processing of periodic service charge demands
- Running year-end routines for service charge surplus/deficits and producing corresponding charges
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all material to clients through our print delivery solution
- Timely resolution of queries in accordance with SLA’s
- Set an example for others by championing the Company values, Customer Charter principles and the Code of Business Conduct
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Real Estate Finance function
