We are proud to employ highly skilled, experienced and innovative people who deliver business expertise and services across the property industry.
Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of this senior role is to lead and oversee compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 across a portfolio of residential property assets. This role will act as the subject matter expert and escalation point for all Building Safety Act compliance matters, driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Building Safety Manager and Statutory Compliance Manager to ensure robust systems are maintained, certifications are accurate, and compliance risks are proactively managed.
The role demands exceptional leadership, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills.
